The holiday season is a great opportunity to make other people happy. Here’s a great example from a Danish company called Solar, where two department managers Carsten and Karsten toured the entire office and ris a la mande (a traditional Danish Christmas dessert) for all their employees. Or we can use the Christmas season to actively create some cheer in the office. December can be a cold, dark, busy and stressful month at work.
